I used to think we were all about thinking first and feeling second. Boy, was I wrong! Over the past four decades, I’ve been diving into ways to kick those negative thoughts to the curb, and guess what?

It turns out that it's not just the thoughts that matter but the feelings they bring along for the ride. Those feelings are like the secret sauce that makes our thoughts super convincing.


Now, here's the fun part! I figured I'd share some feel-good hacks, to elevate your mood and to get your brain pumping out those happy chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin. These chemicals are like little superheroes that make you feel warm and fuzzy. And when you feel good, your whole mindset and actions shift. Cool, right?


So, let's dive into these quick and easy hacks that will have your brain buzzing with positivity.

Up to bat first is the feel-good chemical dopamine. Dopamine is responsible for helping us to feel pleasure, satisfaction and motivation. To get the dopamine flowing, try any of the following: Exercise Yoga
