We have 60,000 to 80,000 thoughts per day. That’s approximately 1.2 thoughts per second. With thoughts coming at us quickly and constantly, it’s nearly impossible to keep every one of them positive. We’re bound to have some negative ones that play on a loop and become a habit. A habit that ultimately undermines our confidence level.
