About

“Be a voice. Not an echo”
― Albert Einstein
Sometimes we learn to be who the world needs us to be long before we ever figure out who we are. We get good at showing up, doing what's expected, holding it all together. Quieting our voices so we become that echo.
Think walking in a pair of shoes two sizes too small. If it sounds really uncomfortable, it is.
Hi, I'm Pam, and that was me. The woman who walked in those shoes for far too long.
This isn't going to be a sob story or "a feel sorry for me" moment. I promise. Just a little bit about the woman behind the work.

The Before Picture
From the time I was little, I knew how to show up for everything and everyone. I got good at being the good little girl who was seen and not heard because it helped me stay safe and blend in.
As a result, all that people-pleasing created some pretty harsh thoughts about me. Was I good enough? Smart enough? Doing enough? Those thoughts were relentless, and by 10 years old, I was so exhausted by my own brain. So much so, that I started studying how it worked, hoping I could figure out how to make it stop being so mean.
The thing is, even with all that knowledge, I still grew up to be the young woman who could hold it all together and keep the peace. Who was damned good at following the rules not because they made sense, but because standing out and being a voice felt way too risky.
Blend in. Don't make waves or rock any boats. Go along with what's expected. Rinse and repeat. That was the pattern that kept me stuck. It was also the pattern that kept me from stepping outside my comfort zone and taking action on my ideas that mattered most.
So, what did I do instead? I stayed in relationships that didn't feel like home. I stuck with jobs that checked the boxes but left me tired and disconnected. I kept walking in those shoes that were two sizes too small, until I couldn't do it anymore.
I knew all this brain science, but I couldn't seem to apply it to my own life. Until honestly, it felt riskier to stay that echo clomping around in shoes that didn't fit.
When the Picture Started to Change
They say that when you're in enough pain, you'll decide to make a change. And in my case that was true. Those shoes hurt and I was tired of walking in them.
That's when coaching entered my life, not as a fix, but as a safe space to let my voice out. A space where I was encouraged to be me. A space where I was challenged (in a good way) to look at all the B.S. stories that kept me that echo walking in shoes two sizes too small.
In that safe space, something finally clicked. All that brain science I'd been studying for years started to make sense in an applicable way.
That space changed everything.
Bit by bit, story by story, I started to see myself in a different light…as someone whose voice mattered. I began to let go of what no longer fit. And since then, I've said goodbye to the relationships that weren't home, walked away from anything that doesn't feel like me, and finally started bringing my own ideas to life instead of keeping them stuck on paper.
The Now Picture
Fast forward to today…to a woman who is on an important mission to create a movement where we stop playing small and start owning not just who we are, but what we're capable of. Where we break free from feeling stuck, stalled out, and stressed.
Since 2005, I've had the amazing privilege of working with smart, thoughtful, capable people who have big goals and meaningful ideas. People who know they're meant for more and want to stop the thought patterns, behaviors, and habits that are getting in the way of the success they’ve imagined.
As a neuroscience-informed coach, I help them quiet the mental noise, spot the patterns keeping them stuck, and move forward in a way that feels like they're finally walking in their own shoes. Together, we find ways to work with the brain, not against it, to build the momentum, resilience, and confidence that brings their ideas to life.
If You're Here
Maybe you're in that space too.
You've done the work. You've read the books. You've had the conversations. And yet it still feels like you're walking in shoes that don't fit. Caught in those same mental loops, still stalled out on your most important projects.
If that's where you are, I get it. And I want you to know that doesn't mean something is wrong with you. It means you're ready for something different.
So, if you're ready to stop the stuck, stalled and stressed out, I'd love to work with you. Together, we'll clear what's been getting in the way and build the kind of momentum that creates real movement towards what matters most to you, personally and professionally. Please get in touch, because you deserve to bring your most amazing ideas off that paper.
