To help you implement the technique we'll hold a one hour call (phone or Skype) using a negative thought that you'd like to suck the life out of so we can walk through all the steps. After that one hour call, you'll be able to use this technique over and over on all your negative thoughts. (Also, you have the option to have a 30-minute check-in call at no extra charge.)
- Once purchased you'll receive an email within 24 business hours to set up your hour session.
- If you need to cancel your session for whatever reason, no problem. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled session to receive a refund.
