Q. What is coaching? A. Coaching is a collaborative partnership that takes place in a safe and trusting environment. As your coach, I not only listen to the words you share, but I'm also listening for the energy behind those words so that I can share any observations necessary to support you in your own growth and forward movement. Coaching is about getting to the heart of what you wish to achieve (via powerful questions) so together we create strategies and solutions that fit you.
Q. What makes coaching so effective? A. Forward movement and having someone in your corner that not only motivates, but holds you accountable for that forward movement. It's about getting to know you, your values and what makes you tick so that forward movement is long-lasting and not some temporary "fix".
Q. How long does it take to experience results? A. That is totally dependent on you, as the client. Results are based on how much time and energy you are able to put into your own desired results. As your coach, I'm committed to helping you remove the blocks and stay motivated.
Q. What do you look for in a client? A. Someone who is open-minded, open-hearted, honest, and willing to do the work necessary to get from where they are to where they want to be.
