I’ve been doing a lot of dancing lately.
Normally, I love to dance, but not recently. The dancing I’ve been doing has not been fun at all. No cool music. No finding my rhythm with ease. Actually this dancing has sucked major shit because I’ve been dancing with fear and lack. (The very worst dance partners in the world.) Dancing with them has tripped me up, and left me with squished toes.
BUT….Today, as I was watching my little fur babies just being themselves, I was reminded of all the things I could be doing when it comes to fear and lack; all the things that became wallflowers at my dance.
If you have fur babies or have ever watched dogs in action, they serve as great teachers. And in my case, great dance partners.
And lastly, they are present. They aren’t thinking about what’s going to happen in the next hour, day, month, or year. They’re just enjoying right here and right now.
So fear and lack, I’ve found some new dance partners. It’s time for you to leave my dance!!
